About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Fitness Studio Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for responsible for assisting with the smooth operation of our studio including;

Greeting members in a friendly and professional manner

Handling all member requests and enquires in an efficient and effective manner

Ensure all financial transactions and communications are completed accurately and thoroughly

Support sales staff in conducting tours and with membership sales

Member retention calls to new and existing members

Social media activity

Fitness Knowledge: Basic understanding of fitness equipment and operations.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch service to our members.

Equipment Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with trainers and other staff to maintain a cohesive team environment.

Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
