We are looking for a HYPOXI Consultant to join our team on a casual basis starting with 15-20 hours a week with the potential to build hours quickly if desired.

Previous fitness, nutrition, beauty, weight loss or wellness industry experience would be favorable. No HYPOXI experience necessary as all training will be provided and certification.

HYPOXI is a recognised brand that is a scientifically proven low-impact exercise method, which is up to 3 x more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional fitness routines, and significantly reduces cellulite.

The revolutionary training method combines patented vacuum and compression technology with exercise and nutrition for targeted centimeter loss.

As our HYPOXI Fitness Coach, you will operate this dynamic technology and supervise each training session, guiding women to manage and achieve their fitness goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform studio opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct HYPOXI consultations and actively support customers towards achieving desired results.
• Proactively manage leads, including promptly contacting prospective clients to book their HYPOXI consultation.
• Upgrade leads to paid intro offers and ongoing memberships.
• Manage customer bookings and data in booking systems.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in all areas of the studio at all times.
• Follow HYPOXI Australia studio procedures and assist Studio Manager in implementing new processes as required.

About you

• You’re a hands-on woman with a positive, can-do attitude and natural empathy.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Availability of differing shifts across Mon - Fri 5am - 7pm, Sat 6am - 1pm

Skills & experience

No HYPOXI experience required, full training and support provided for HYPOXI certification.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
• Driven by achieving results for clients, yourself, and the company.
• You can identify sales and marketing opportunities with your creative sales skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a high level of maturity.
• Proven track record working with sales KPIs and monthly targets.
• Compassionate, caring and supportive nature.
• Experience in beauty, health and fitness, weight loss or retail industries an advantage.
