A leading real estate signage company is looking to expand our team by seeking a reliable, hard-working individual as an installer/driver.

For over 35 years, we have been a trusted name in the Melbourne sign industry, providing commercial and residential real estate agencies with high-quality, large-format printing and reliable installation services. Our experienced team works closely with clients to deliver tailored printing solutions, and we take pride in our fast turnaround from order to delivery.

The primary duties of this role includes, but not limited to:

• Providing quality workmanship to deliver, install, remove and alter real estate signs
• Communicating with the team and clients on various aspects of an installations
• Use problem solving skills to produce quality solutions for installs
• Lift heavy, bulky signs to load and unload work vehicle
• Responsible for maintaining a clean vehicle and allocated power tools
• Maintaining accurate paperwork for the runs of the day

You will be provided with:

• All tools and training required to fulfil the duties of this role
• Company utility vehicle
• Fuel card
• Additional support for larger jobs

Successful candidates will be:

• Able to work autonomously - maintain your own schedule and workload
• Have excellent English communication skills - with internal team and clients
• Have a sound knowledge of Melbourne roads in the designated work area
• Respect for property - installs must be safe using non-damaging methods
• Physically fit - requires regular manual lifting and heavy handling
• Attention to detail - ensure small details aren't missed in the provided instructions
• Reliable - must be available 5 days per week (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday)
• Full licence
• Able to work full-time in Australia
