About Mid Coast Connect
Mid Coast Connect is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting young people across the mid-north coast of NSW. Our programs assist young people in their transition from school into further education, training, and employment. We are expanding our services and are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join us as Youth Pathways Coordinators and Work Placement Coordinators.

Who We’re Looking For:
We're filling Youth Pathways Coordinator and Work Placement Coordinator roles. If you have experience in youth engagement, education, employment, training, customer relations, or sales, we’d love to hear from you!
Selection Criteria:
Youth Engagement & Relationship Building: Experience working with young people in education, training, employment, or support services. Strong ability to engage and motivate young people while collaborating with schools, employers, and community organisations.
Business & Customer Relations Skills: Ability to promote programs and services, connect with employers to create opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships. Experience in sales, recruitment, or employer engagement will be highly regarded.
Efficiency & Organisation: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet targets, and work independently.
Communication & Technology Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.
Position Details:
Location: Based at our Kempsey office, with travel required within the Macleay, Nambucca and Hastings Valleys.
Employment Type: Salaried positions with conditions in line with the Labour Market Assistance Industry Award 2020.
Work Hours: Some flexibility is required, including occasional meetings/events outside business hours.
Requirements: Full (unrestricted) driver’s licence and ability to pass employment screening (Child Protection Legislation and National Police Check).
