We Are Looking for Someone:

With at least 5 years of experience in residential construction and the ability to manage multiple sites confidently.

Who has a strong understanding of the residential construction industry, including how various trades and stages interact.

Who is a leader on-site—able to organise teams, delegate tasks, and lead by example.

Who is tech-savvy and comfortable using digital job management systems.

Who puts quality, compliance, and safety first.

Who can manage scopes of work, oversee project variations, and ensure efficiency on-site.

Who can confidently communicate with builders, suppliers, and clients, ensuring they trust that we are their number-one choice.

Who can read and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical plans alongside appliance schedules and detailed scopes of work.

Who can understand and execute architects’ requirements with precision, ensuring all details are met to the highest standard.

Who is a highly skilled tradesperson passionate about residential electrical work and motivated to grow with the company.

Who is a confident organiser, team player, and problem solver, willing to work safely and efficiently with a can-do attitude.

Must be a Culture Hero—committed to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

Experience using Job Management Software

Current NSW Electrical Worker’s Licence

C-class manual driver’s licence

Flexibility to work overtime if required

Experience in new builds, service and maintenance, or commercial projects
