Your Role:

Work alongside a passionate team & experienced Nominated Supervisor

Create a safe, stimulating, positive, and inclusive environment for all children

Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety at all times

Lead in the development, delivery, and evaluation of a quality early learning program

Monitor and document children's development and progress

Build and maintain positive relationships with families

Comply with National Quality Standards and service policies and procedures

To Be Considered:

Full time work rights in Australia

Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check

ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services

Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Flexible and friendly team player, confident communicator (verbal and written)

Understanding of child protection responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and child safe principles
