At Motion Lab, we’re not just looking for a candidate—we are looking for someone who wants an exciting job exercising both their creative and customer service skills. We are a real estate media company searching for an extremely professional and prompt individual to join our growing team.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2+ years of videography experience—preferably within the real estate industry. Must have (or be willing to acquire within two weeks of the hire date) a 2014 or newer vehicle that can be used to drive between projects. Choose your own schedule—the more you work, the more you can make!

Professionalism and promptness are essential, along with being a team player and providing exceptional customer service. While real estate experience is preferred, we will provide training on our specific processes, including real estate videography, 3D virtual tours, drone (CASA ReOC/ARN License required to fly, not required to apply but must be obtained within one week of hiring), and video editing workflow.

Job Requirements:

At least 2+ years of videography experience (preferably in the real estate industry).

A 2014 or newer vehicle that can be used to drive between projects.

Positive and professional attitude.

Customer service experience

Business casual dress code.

Background check required.

Computer with an internet connection to upload footage.

Willingness to commute.

Understanding this is a variable hour role.

A strong understanding of composition, camera movement, and storytelling techniques is required.
