Gardener (Mowing & Maintenance) – Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Gardener with mowing experience to provide high-quality services to our valued repeat and new clients. You will maintain lawns and gardens, refresh rental properties, prepare properties for sale, seasonally mulch garden beds, and prune trees & hedges, across residential and commercial properties using company-provided equipment. No two days are the same and there are endless growth opportunities. This is a physically demanding position, and you'll work outdoors in all weather conditions so a good level of fitness is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Transforming lawns and gardens with expert mowing (push & ride-on mowers)

Precision hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, planting & waste removal

Operating petrol & battery-powered machinery (e.g. whipper-snippers, blowers, hedge trimmers)

Safe handling & application of fertilisers & weed control products

Lifting & moving heavy materials when required

Providing friendly & professional customer service on-site

About you:

1-2 years of professional gardening or grounds-keeping experience (landscaping & horticulture experience is a bonus!)

Previous experience using lawn & maintenance equipment, such as zero turn ride-on mower desirable

The ability to operate and maintain petrol & battery-powered equipment

Physical stamina for outdoor tasks & comfort with some heavy lifting

An eagerness to learn, a keen eye for, and attention to detail

Punctual & reliable, show great initiative, and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Good availability across the week & the ability to work effectively both as part of a team & independently

A friendly, positive, proactive, and professional attitude

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check and medical assessment.

Full driver’s license - manual preferred (for travel between job sites)
