Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the efficient collection of customer accounts across a broad portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor and report on key AR metrics, including daily cash inflows and aged balances.
• Proactively manage customer accounts at risk of non-payment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, including payment terms and efficiencies.
• Lead and mentor a small credit team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A goal-oriented, results-driven Credit Manager with a proven track record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) is beneficial.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Prior experience managing a small team in a finance role.
