Core duties include:

M&A financial modelling

Deal analysis

Long term planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Maintaining fund financial models, updating property forecasts, actuals, assumptions and property valuations

Preparing key fund metrics and insights

Providing analytical input for fund equity and debt raising initiatives

Reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

Qualification in finance/commerce/economics/property

3+ years experience as an Analyst - either from Big 4 transactions/deals, a Real Estate fund manager, or Investment Bank

Excellent financial modelling skills

Ability to engage with executives, an agile approach, and strong work ethic are all key
