What You Will Be Doing

Lead and manage multiple projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges before they arise.

Ensure project governance and compliance, following industry best practices.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience delivering projects or capital expenditure programs in construction, refurbishments, or fit-outs.

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with clients and contractors effectively.

A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.

Experience managing workplace health and safety compliance on construction sites.

Qualifications You Will Need

Essential:

Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent project management experience.

General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card).

Graduate Diploma in Project Management or a relevant trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical engineering).

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or Architecture.

Desirable:

NABERS or Green Star accreditation.

Membership with a relevant professional body such as AIPM, AIA, IEAust, or AIQS.
