Qualifications & experience

1-2 years caravan or automotive repairs + service experience

1 year Caravan or camping experience

Tasks & responsibilities-

Repair and Service Hybrid and Offroad Caravans

Manage all aspects of the workshop including stocktake, cleaniness and maintain quality controls of - both products and all workplace tools

Discuss warranty issues with customers

Daily, Weekly and Monthly production of all Caravans in the Mars Campers range.

Key Tasks and KPI's-

Working collaboratively within the Mars Campers team environment

Following standard operating procedures and meeting production deadlines

Always follow Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

Collaborating with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity of operations - Improve quality control standards and effectively managing risk in the workshop

Monitoring own work with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements

Ability to use hand and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit off

Physically fit and able to work on your feet all shift including extended hours if required

Start to finish warranty work for all caravans including pre and post delivery follow up on all warranty jobs
