Role: Boilermaker Welder.

Employment: Casual assignment - Local SA work.

Shifts: Day 5:30am - 1:30pm & Afternoon 3:30pm -11:30pm.

About your new role

• Interpret & work from technical engineering drawings.
• Use specialised tools & welding equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Demonstrate quality tradeswork fabricating & repairing mining buckets using FCAW technique.
• Conduct 'Take 5' risk assessments & interpret other safety assessments (JSA's)
• Work in a large team environment to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Use of saws, grinders, friction saws & ability to arc air gouge.

What you'll need to succeed

Along with relevant experience as a Boilermaker Welder, you will need:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication)
• Ability to perform Flux Core welding techniques in multiple positions.
• Strong communication skills & ability to demonstrate safe work practices.
• High Risk Licenses; LF, DG, EWP & confined space entry (desirable)
• Police Check within 3 months or ability to obtain.
• Pass a pre employment medical & drug/alcohol screenings.
