Lomman-Stone Bookkeeping has an excellent opportunity for an energetic, detail-orientated person to join our fast growing, local company, part time 3-4 days per week.

What You Will Do
Financial Management & Reporting
Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
Process batch payments and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Payroll & Compliance
Process payroll for multiple clients, including EOFY finalisation and STP reporting.
Prepare and lodge BAS, payroll tax returns, and wage subsidies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and taxation requirements.
HR Support & Administration
Draft employment contracts, letters, employee communications and maintain digital files.
Act as an additional contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses aligned with our team values
Client Engagement & Advisory
Work closely with clients to provide accurate financial insights and bookkeeping support.
Assist clients with bookkeeping and software queries, ensuring seamless financial operations.
About You:
You are organised with a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team.
Have the willingness to learn new skills
Basic MYOB & Xero knowledge are desirable but not essential
Microsoft, Excel & Outlook competency is essential
Perfect role for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, or looking for a pathway into Bookkeeping, HR or Accounting.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, but have flexibility around the days and hours worked, for the right candidates.
