Club Sticky is growing, and I need another set of hands to help create great social media content, build brands, and have some fun doing it. No corporate fluff, no endless meetings—just good work with good people.

I’m looking for someone who knows what makes content work online, has a strong creative eye, and can help shape social media strategies that actually get results. If you’ve got the skills and a solid portfolio, I’d love to see what you can do.

The Role:

Social media strategy and content creation across a whole range of clients and industries (lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, and more).

Influencer outreach and brand partnerships

Managing social media calendars and posting content

Capturing content on shoot days and assisting with production

Keeping up with trends and making sure our clients stay ahead of the curve

Managing daily instagram stories

What I’m Looking For:

A creative with a strong portfolio—whether it’s past work, your own Instagram, or campaigns you’ve nailed

Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations (not essential)

Strong understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement

Shoot and edit video for Reels and TikTok (lo-fi content)

Someone who’s independent, adaptable, and up for making things happen

The Setup:

Working from Lawson Flats and from home

Plus, visiting clients to capture content

2-3 days a week with the goal of going full-time as Club Sticky keeps growing
