Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant you will build relationships with talented job seekers to grow a book of candidates and connect them with the right job opportunities. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is based in Sydney, with very flexible working arrangements, ongoing training, mentorship and career development.

Responsibilities

• Grow a book of candidates within your industry vertical in the team
• Maintain a portfolio of candidates open to temporary and permanent work
• Proactively source and screen high-quality candidates to meet client needs
• Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit
• Fill job orders and conduct reference checks and post placement check ins

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment consultant or resourcer role
• Ambitious and driven person with a track record of achieving targets and delivering results
• Excellent communication skills, relationship building and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Resilience, ability to take feedback, enthusiasm to learn and commitment to the team
