We are currently seeking an experienced Tractor Operator for our sweet potato farm located in Bundaberg.

The successful applicant must be able to carry out duties as directed. They must also be able to work independently as well as in a team environment where required.

The successful applicant must have the following skills:

• Good communication skills
• Proven tractor experience
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Ability to prioritize
• Forklift & HC licence are not necessary but are advantageous

Note that this position may also require general farm-hand duties to be performed at times.

This position will require the successful applicant to be available outside ordinary hours as some weekend work will be required at times.
