The Gig:

This role is all about balance, you’ll tackle immediate safety concerns while leading long-term improvement initiatives.

Whether it’s managing workers' compensation cases, updating SOPs, or coordinating safety training, no two days are the same.

From investigating workplace incidents to refreshing risk assessments and training programs, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

Plus, you’ll work closely with managers and staff to keep the current safety culture strong and sustainable.

About you:

You’re a natural people person and enjoy building relationships. Whether you’re an experienced Safety Officer looking for your next step or a recent graduate eager to learn, this role has plenty to offer.

Experience in manufacturing or food production is a bonus, but if you’ve got the fundamentals down and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
