With a focus on multi-residential developments and a diverse portfolio spanning multiple sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, design-driven projects in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to manage teams and work independently

Work closely with clients, external consultants and contractors

Lead projects and teams through all stages

Oversee production of working drawings, detailing and delivery

Oversee programmes, budgets and liaise with clients

Experience in large scale Multi Residential essential

Skills and Experience

Appropriate architectural qualification

Architectural registration and design practitioner registration

Experience leading Class 2 projects through delivery stages

Local experience on multi-unit residential projects including design development, documentation and delivery - high-rise and low-rise experience valued

Experience in aspects of QA and overseeing the work of others

Sound knowledge of other architecture typologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills with impressive attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability

Ability to work independently and within teams

ArchiCAD experience preferred
