The Campus Development portfolio play a pivotal role in the future growth and
sustainability of the University. This business unit is responsible for facilitating and managing
essential infrastructure, maintenance, and capital works projects that underpin the
University's operations and growth.
A key responsibility of this portfolio is the delivery of the University's Campus
Development Plan, which is critical to ensuring the campus evolves in line with strategic
priorities, supports innovation, and meets the needs of students, staff, and the broader
community. By managing complex projects and maintaining high standards across all
facilities, the Campus Development team helps create an environment that fosters learning,
research, and community engagement.
As a central enabler of the University's operations, this portfolio ensures that every project
and initiative aligns with sustainability principles, modern design standards, and long-term
planning objectives
Your New Role!
The Business Services Support Officer plays a key role within Campus Development, providing essential business and financial support across all functional areas. This position ensures effective management and governance of operational and project cost performance across multiple funding sources. By linking maintenance and project delivery performance with cost conformance, the role delivers valuable financial and commercial insights through high-quality analysis and advice.
Your Key responsibilities will include -
- Accounts payable
- Financial Analyst and Reporting
- General operational support

This Continuous, Full Time attracts a remuneration of $77,468 - $86,286 plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:
- Completion of a relevant diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant competency and experience.
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and proficiency in the production of high-level work using software such as Microsoft Office applications and specified University software programs, with the capability and willingness to learn new packages as appropriate.
- Exceptional system skills (including data analysis, Excel pivot tables and finance systems) plus a demonstrated ability and interest in challenging operational processes to find more effective ways of operating.
- Previous experience in providing customer service in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.
