The Role

As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's flagship store. This includes managing a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will also be involved in inventory management, staff training, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the brand.
