We strive to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and put into practice ‘person centered supports. Fundamentally, we believe in making the most of one’s abilities and exercising choice and control. We are passionate about bringing positive change and opportunities for our participants through social, community, recreational and daily activities.

The role involves:

• Support participants in social and recreational outings
• Be prepared to engage in the activity with the participant
• Delivering personalised active support in a group and one-on-one setting
• Be prepared to go on a holiday with overnight stays for a weekend or a whole week away
• Must be available on weekends
• Must have driver's license
