About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Evra Newstead. This full-time role is located in Newstead, QLD 4006 and will be responsible for managing all restaurant reservations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant operations.

What you'll be doing

Efficiently manage all restaurant reservations, including responding to phone and email inquiries, processing new bookings, and updating reservation systems

Liaise with the restaurant team to communicate reservation details and ensure the smooth running of each service

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, handling any queries or special requests with professionalism and care

Assist with hosting duties during peak periods to support the front-of-house team

Maintain detailed records of reservations and generate reports as required

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation systems and processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant reservations or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using reservation management software and computer systems

Positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
