Learning Enrichment Teacher - your role will encompass:

NCCD management - Oversee and manage all NCCD data inputs from the secondary teaching staff to ensure the school maximises funding to support student learning.

Learning strategies and support - Provide guidance and collaboration with secondary teachers to develop effective learning strategies and tailored programs for students with additional needs.

Whole school engagement – Work under the direction of our current lead Learning Enrichment Teacher, primarily supporting secondary students while maintaining an understanding of the needs of all students across the College.

Collaborative team environment – Join a supportive Learning Enrichment Department, consisting of a lead Teacher and two experienced Teacher Assistants, fostering a culture of teamwork and student-focused learning.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Learning Enrichment Department and be able to demonstrate a high level of teaching practice, have a thorough knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy, and possess a strong commitment to Christian Education.

This full-time role will commence in Term 2, 2025 and be an intrinsic member of our College team.
