Employment Support Consultant (ESC) - What’s the job all about?

The ESC is responsible for ensuring the ongoing success for our participants in sustainable employment. This role will ensure any barriers to ongoing employment are identified and addressed, to assist with maintaining employment.

At CVGT Employment, we are looking for candidates who excel in the following;

• Engage & Inspire: Provide great customer service to employers and participants, by going on site to support them.
• Empower Dreams: Assess any skill gaps, barriers to employment and capabilities to ensure our participants succeed, as an independent worker.
• Coach & Motivate: Support participants in adjusting to their new job and work through any barriers identified and provide resources and tools.
• Sustain Success: Work closely with participants and our Employment Consultants to ensure ongoing employment is sustained and documentary evidence is submitted.
