The Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth co-ordination and supervision of the entire Front Office area, including Front Desk, Telephones and Concierge. The Front Office Manager makes business decisions for the unit, taking into account the Hotel’s philosophies, policies, standards and procedures and is responsible for both the day to day running and longer term strategic development of the Department.
What will you be doing
Responsible for the day to day operation of the Front Office team.
Co-ordination of all aspects of the departments operation
Exceeding guest expectations in accordance with the Sheraton standards and procedures.
Coach and mentor the team to deliver outstanding results
About You
Previous experience in similar role in a 5 star hotel
Managerial experience is essential- Managing a team of approximately 25+ people
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proven ability to work under pressure
Full time availability, including weekends and public holidays

This is a Full-Time role, working 38 hours per week
Salary is $90,000 – $100,000 per year depending on experience
