Project Manager (Control Systems)

Location: Portland, Victoria

Project: Brownfield Mineral Processing Projects

Duration: 12 Months Initial Contract (with a view for extension or converting to Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end project leadership from project initiation to closure, including managing resourcing, scope deviations and issue resolution across multidisciplinary teams (i.e. Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation and OHSE teams).

Manage project dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment with agreed baselines for scope, schedule and budget.

Present accurate project status updates, including financial performance, risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution plans, to internal and client-facing stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Based in Portland, Victoria.

Bachelor of Engineering - Relevant Degree studies accredited by Engineers Australia.

Experience in control systems design in the Refinery/Mining industry or similar.

Knowledgeable in brownfield electrical systems modification detailed design and knowledge of instrumentation and control system interfaces.

Knowledgeable in PLC Programming (Schneider, Allen Bradley, GE) and HMI Programming (CITECT, Factory Talk, Wonderware)
