The team at Warwick Psychological Services are seeking their next experienced, Registered or Endorsed Psychologist to lead our dynamic and growing psychology clinic.
We provide support to children, teenagers, and adults across a range of areas. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead our team.
Warwick Psychological Services, now proudly a division of Bridging the Gap Inc., offers comprehensive mental health services addressing the holistic needs of our clients. Our diverse team of clinicians possess a wide range of skills and expertise and work with clients to understand their individual needs and life goals.
In this exciting leadership role, you will balance clinical practice with managerial responsibilities, mentoring and developing our psychology team. We actively support professional development through structured CPD, external supervision, and leadership training.
Manage, mentor, and grow a vibrant and well-rounded psychology team operating under Commonwealth-funded mental health service programs, Employee Assistance Program services, NDIS, and the private sector.
Develop, extend, and enhance your clinical leadership expertise within a friendly and well-supported environment.

Essential Criteria
Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice.
Current C class driver’s licence.
Desirable
Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Benefits
Location Advantage: Service location in the northern suburbs of Perth.
Salary Packaging: Up to $15,899 tax-free plus meals/entertainment packaging of up to $2,650.
Leave Loading: 17.5%.
Work-Life Balance: Supportive environment encouraging time with family and friends.
Competitive Salary: $100,000 – $125,000.
