We are seeking Chefs/Cooks to join our Catering team. Thursday and Friday availability between 7AM-5PM is required to be considered. You will work closely with the team to achieve the below results:

Providing a memorable dining experience for our members and guests.

Prepping before during and after service.

working in a cafe and/or restaurant environment with an expectation to excel on grill, pans, fryer and larder.

Implementing quality control procedures, receiving and the storage of goods.

Maintain high level hygiene controls.

Contributing to regular stock takes.

You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen areas and store areas to a meticulous level of cleanliness.

To be successful in this role you will:

Be a team player willing to help where required

Have proven experience cooking in a commercial kitchen

Proven experience in Modern Australian cuisine and or busy café.

Ability to work as part of a team or independently

Relevant training and certificates

Roster Expectations:

Thursday & Friday availability between the hours of 7AM-5PM is required to be considered.

Split shift availability is a plus.

No of hours.

Position is a Cook Grade 2, Level 3 as per Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.

Hourly Rates for the position (including casual loading)

Monday to Friday $32.25ph

After 7:30pm $36.12ph

Saturday’s $45.15ph

Sunday’s $58.05ph
