Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage critical infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support for project deployments and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation and best practices.
• Lead innovation, drive change, and contribute to ICT strategic planning.
• Collaborate with agencies and service providers to enhance service delivery.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong experience in provisioning, installing, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure services, with an emphasis on performance and security monitoring.
• Ability to design, code, verify, test, and document simple programs/scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Experience in installing and removing hardware/software, troubleshooting issues, and documenting system changes.
