We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our dynamic team at Soul Origin Erina. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store located in ERINA, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career development.
Your duties will include:
determining display management, stock levels and customer service standards
implementing purchasing and marketing policies, using national marketing campaigns + LSM marketing
promoting and advertising Soul Origin goods and services
selling products to customers and advising them using product and food allergen knowledge
maintaining stock levels and ensuring record is kept of stock coming in and going out, as well as all transactions
deal with budgeting for the stores
in charge of interviewing, training and supervision of staff
safeguarding compliance of occupational, food, health and safety regulations
Lead the team, using KPI's, goals and targets
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and control
Analyse and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and professional development
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail management role
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A friendly and collaborative team culture
In return you will receive:
Package: $74,000 per annum plus superannuation
Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
Ongoing support from franchising team
Position Requirements:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
