Join Our Dinner Team as a Head Chef!

With seven successful venues throughout inner Melbourne and three more venues set to launch this year, we are looking for talented Head Chef to join us at our Ned's South Yarra location to lead the dinner team where we have dinners open now for 5 nights serving modern european food. This role will entail overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the utmost standards in food quality, kitchen efficiencies and menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage kitchen operations.

Mentor and inspire a small team of staff to achieve a memorable dining experience.

Develop and execute creative, high-quality menus.

Maintain top-notch standards in food quality, presentation, and safety.

Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.

At least 6 years of professional experience as a chef.

Availability to work weekends.

Minimum 1 year of valid work rights in Australia.
