About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager to assist with day-to-day purchasing operations, including order placement and supplier coordination. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in procurement or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on purchasing needs across departments and assist with order placement in a timely manner

Coordinate the full procurement process from sourcing to delivery tracking

Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and pricing

Assist with price comparisons and basic supplier negotiations

Handle order discrepancies, returns, and product exchanges where necessary

Maintain accurate purchasing records and update internal systems

Work collaboratively with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Understand and work within company procurement policies and procedures

Requirements:

Some experience in procurement, supply chain, or administration is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in commonly used office software; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

Diploma or certificate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
