The Belmore Hotel is a Maitland’s leading venue. Recently renovated setting the standard for customer experiences in the area. Operating a busy restaurant, excellent gaming facilities and pumping bar trade. We are a multifaceted venue catering for experiences such as a quick business lunch through to a great night out with friends. The Role

As part of our bar team, you will:

Serving customers in the bar area, including taking orders, preparing and serving drinks, and handling cash transactions

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area

Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

Previous experience working in a similar hospitality or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Demonstrated experience in bartending within a fast-paced entertainment venue

Competent in cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification
