Are you ready to make a difference in sustainability and help protect the environment? Gforce employment + recruitment is looking for motivated Machine Operators and Labourers to work in our client's recycling plant. You will be contributing to essential recycling efforts. This position will be based out of Laverton North.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sort recyclable items, separating materials for further processing
• Ensure correct disposal and sorting of various materials, such as plastics, metals, and paper
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the sorting area
• Always follow safety guidelines and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Operators - Excavator, Dozer, Front End Loader tickets desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Be in good physical condition and can perform manual labour
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate machinery
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards
• Reliable, punctual, confident, and dedicated.

These positions are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with the potential to go permanent after completing a probation period. There is OT available.
