JV Recruitment is seeking experienced Civil Operators/Labourers for an exciting opportunity at a civil site in Wellington Point. If you're passionate about working on high-profile projects and want to grow with a reputable company, this role is for you!
We’re looking for candidates who are comfortable in a sandwich role, involving both operating civil machinery and performing civil labouring duties. Please note, if you're not comfortable with labouring or don’t have the relevant machinery tickets, this role may not be suitable.

What’s on Offer:

• Ongoing work with the potential to transition from temp to perm.
• Competitive pay: $35-$45 per hour + 11.5% superannuation (depending on experience)
• Daily Travel Allowance: $21.95.
• Meal Allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours.
• Overtime Rates: Time and a half, double time.
• Weekly pay for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform civil labouring duties alongside operating machinery.
• Operate excavators, moxy, plant machinery, and use tools such as concrete cutters, hammer drills, and jackhammers.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team while adhering to safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience in civil labouring or construction.
• Relevant tickets for civil machinery operation.
• White Card, driver’s license, and own reliable transport and tools.
• Ability to start immediately or within a week.
