Our client is a successful financial planning business based in Sydney’s CBD, known for delivering a true client experience. It is highly regarded in the industry for its commitment to excellence.

Due to recent growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Client Services Officer to join them in a part time capacity, three days per week. In this position you will focus on providing effective and timely support to the Advisor, as well as assisting with administration and operational requirements to ensure smooth operations.

This role is truly diverse, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence

Update and maintain accurate records on the database

Liaising with clients, service providers and internal team members to ensure timely processing of transactions and requests

Managing administrative tasks, including, printing, scanning and organising documents to support daily operations

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a professional experience both over the phone and in person

Assisting other team members as needed including helping to answer phones

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience working in a similar position and be familiar with various areas of financial advice. You will have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ideally Xplan. A keen eye for details and excellent multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.
