Customer Service Officer

Salary: $70,960.76 per annum pro rata

Part Time (30hrs 30mins p/w) - Temporary (To 15 January 2025)

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join Greater Shepparton City Council in a temporary part time (30.5 hours per week) capacity until 15 January 2026.

As a Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of call and the face of Council - providing advice, guidance and direction to the community on how to access Council services.

You will pride yourself on your ability to resolve issues face-to-face, on the phone and in detailed email correspondence. You will be a capable multi-tasker who enjoys a fast paced environment and has high standards of personal presentation. These capabilities will see the ideal candidate thrive in an environment of constant change and gain invaluable insights into Council’s wide variety of services.

We are looking for outstanding communicators with a passion for customer service. Relevant experience in Customer service is an advantage but not essential.
