The role:

As an Assistant Property Manager you will effectively support the Property Management team with the management of a property portfolio based in the Redcliffe peninsula. In this position you will also manage client and tenant relationships while providing 6 star service.

Duties:

• Maintain regular, close contact with current clients whilst providing
  6 star service
• Conduct regular quarterly periodic inspections
• Take appropriate action against tenants in arrears in a timely manner
• Conduct pre-vacating inspections of properties becoming vacant
• Carry out detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend tribunal hearings when required
• Assist Property Manager and Business Development Manager with out-of-office appointments

Skills:

• Committed to providing 6 star service to clients and tenants
• High level organisation and time management skills
• Preferred but not required - Current Certificate of Registration
• Highly developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills
• A reliable car and a valid drivers license is essential
• Preferred but not required - minimum 6-12 months experience in real estate
