GR Motors & Tyrepower Clermont are a locally owned business for the past 21 years. We are currently seeking a trade qualified experienced Mechanic to join our work force. The successful candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a minimum 2 year post-trade experience, be able to work alone, plan workload and prioritise tasks to suit customers and business requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

Have supervisory skills

Be a trade qualified experienced mechanic

Hold a current drivers license

Willing to work a 38hr week with the option of overtime

HR licence would be advantageous but not essential

Key responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on automotive vehicles

Inspect vehicles for faulty parts

Analyse and diagnose mechanical issues

Create a plan of action for all repairs

Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs

Ensure a safe, organised and tidy workshop.
