Cannington Mazda is Perth’s largest Mazda Service Centre. We Service a Variety of Makes and Models as well as carry out fitment of Accessories for all our New Vehicle Builds and carry out 100 Point Safety Inspections on all Used Vehicles. We are currently looking out for 2 experienced Automotive Technicians.

About the Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Automotive Technician. Service Technician, Used Car Recon Technician and Accessory Fitter to join the team.

Qualifications - Cert IV in Auto Mechanical Diagnosis

Work Experience - Minimum 1 year work experience in similar role

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Carry out Service, Repairs, Maintenance to a range of all makes and models.

Uphold Mazda Service Standards.

Possibly work in unison with another Quick Service Technician if required.

Logbook services

Inspection of vehicles for fault diagnosis

Check Roadworthiness

Repairing and replacing parts

Dismantle and reassemble engine

Transmission repairs and service

Brake and clutch repairs

Battery testing

Replacing tyres

Completing job sheets and repair orders.

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and keen interest in the auto industry you'll have:

Be self motivated, enthusiastic and be open to learning.

Team Player - Great communication!

Good Mechanical and Auto Electrical Fitting skills.

Hold a current Australian Drivers License.

Minimum requirements of CERT III in Automotive Repairs and minimum of 1 year work experience.
