The City of Karratha is seeking a dedicated Injury Management & Well-Being Advisor to take the lead in injury case management, employee health programs, and proactive wellness initiatives!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage work-related and non-work-related injury cases, coordinating assessments and rehabilitation.
  • Advise employees and managers on injury management, return-to-work processes, and workplace accommodations.
  • Develop and implement health and well-being programs to promote mental and physical wellness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation while maintaining accurate records.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in injury management, rehabilitation, and workplace well-being.
  • Strong problem-solving and advisory skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple cases and initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in injury management, WHS, or return-to-work coordination.
