We’re looking for two detail-oriented and dependable Routine Inspection Officer to join our dynamic Property Management Team.

The Role

As a Routine Inspection Officer you will:
Conduct routine property inspections using Inspection Express and 360-degree camera technology, streamlining the process with maximum efficiency and accuracy
Document property conditions and report maintenance issues with ease
Assist property managers in maintaining high standards for our properties
Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners to ensure smooth operations
Support the team with administrative tasks, including lease applications, data entry, and marketing of rental properties
Assist in managing invoices, office supplies, and front desk operations

What We’re Looking For

A strong work ethic and a passion for customer service
A detail-oriented and organised approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Real Estate Registration (preferred but not required – we will support your training!)
Experience with Inspection Express (advantageous but not essential)
Confidence using technology, including our 360-degree property inspection tools
