Leasing Consultant

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting Opens for Inspection and private appointments.
• Conducting of entry reports.
• Conducting routine inspections
• Saturday inspections two per month
• Processing and filtering of application
• Conduction of reference checks
• Liaising with tenants and prospective applicants
• Lease renewals
• Build & maintain strong meaningful relationships.

Skills and experience required for the role:

• Experience with Property me, Inspection Manager & Eagle (preferred but not required)
• Own car and valid driver’s license
• Customer service focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation
