About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Furniture Delivery Driver & On-Road Future Team Leader to join our team. This role is more than just delivering furniture—it’s about ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition, leading a small team on the road, assisting with styling setups, and representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Deliveries: Transport and deliver furniture safely and efficiently across Sydney, ensuring items arrive in pristine condition.

On-Road Team Leading: Oversee and support a small team during deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics and high service standards.

Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service when delivering to clients, including stylists, real estate agents, and homeowners.

Furniture Handling & Installation: Assist in loading, unloading, and setting up furniture at client locations, including assembling items when required.

Vehicle Maintenance: Keep delivery vehicles clean and perform basic checks to ensure road safety.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with stylists, warehouse staff, and fellow drivers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Valid Full NSW Driver’s License (clean record).

Leadership skills – ability to guide and support a small team on the road.

Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture safely.

Strong attention to detail to handle high-quality furniture with care.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
