The role:

Our client is implementing a new HR, payroll and timekeeping system. As the Business Analyst you will be collating requirements, documenting high level as-is and to-be processes, assisting with the procurement process and will be a key member of the team to implement the chosen solution.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Leading the validation and documentation of the organisation's Payroll and Timekeeping and HR requirements and business scenarios
• Documenting the high level as-is and to-be processes (to process level 2) for Payroll, Timekeeping and HR
• Assisting with the procurement of the new Payroll, Timekeeping and HR system.
• Identifying and facilitating process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
• Assisting with aligning the Payroll, Timekeeping and HR solution(s) chosen with existing systems
• Support solution implementation phases for configuration, testing, data mapping/migration, cut-over and post-launch activities
• Understanding and negotiating needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.

What experience will you bring:

• Significant expereince as a business analyst working on large, complex transformation/implementation projects
• Previous experience in implementing HR, Payroll and Timekeeping solutions
• Excellent process mapping and data mapping skills with proven expereince
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
