About the role:

We are currently seeking a Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary Brisbane team

We are looking for a highly motivated Psychologist that thrives on working independently and has the drive to help and grow a team

You must understand evidence based best practice to delivering service to our clients

Ideally you will have experience across the lifespan but we can also work towards you area of clinical preference

KPI's are secondary to providing exceptional healthcare, however you will also understand their importance and consistently work towards achieving them

We have Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings on a weekly basis

Requirements:

AHPRA Registered Psychologist (full or provisional registration)

NDIS experience and understanding is preferable but not essential

A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential

Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with referrers such as support coordinators and other networks as well as being able to demonstrate and validate those sources

A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution

Current driver's licence and registered vehicle

Other qualifications specific to disability will be regarded as highly desirable
