Key Duties:

• Mentor and support your team members in both operational and clinical aspects of their caseloads.

• Be involved in exciting initiatives like payroll, statistical analysis, and high-level operational training around caseloads and business development.

• Organize and deliver fun and engaging continuing education initiatives across your discipline.

• Monitor your team's performance and wellbeing outcomes to ensure everyone is happy and healthy.

• Report directly to the State Manager on team performance and expectations.

• Balance referrals and caseloads across your team to keep everyone busy and productive.

• Enjoy the freedom to dictate your own schedule, allowing you to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

• Provide mobile services to clients in the NDIS, Aged Care, Workers Compensation, and Private sectors.

• Maintain your own clinical caseload so you stay connected with your passion areas and interests
