ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is responsible for managing NSW Ambulance simulation resources and providing technical simulation support and services to NSW Ambulance staff across the state.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technical specialist with a strong background in managing simulation resources for medical education. This person has proven expertise in the repair and maintenance of medical and simulation manikins, they are well-versed in managing inventory compliance and maintaining accurate databases for simulation resources. The role requires a proactive approach to system management, including handling technical issues, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the use of current and best practice training systems. Additionally, the candidate will provide crucial training and guidance on the operation of simulation equipment and the care of biomedical devices. Working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, this person will establish effective processes for overseeing all educational training equipment, ensuring timely repairs and replacements. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring that medical and diagnostic equipment are maintained in optimal working order and are available for use.
