We are looking for an experienced building site supervisor to join our team at Tazman Constructions. You will join our established team dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. The role will see you engaged in a diverse range of Architecturally designed residential and commercial construction projects across the Sydney region

Responsibilities

Update stakeholders on project progression

Communicate frequently and work with Tazman's project manager, contracts administrator and staff to organise and schedule trades

Supervise subcontractors and trade workers to ensure compliance with management plans

Receive and secure materials and deliveries to job sites

Maintain site safety regulations, security and site documentation

50% Carpentry and building onsite tasks required daily

Handle daily administration communications

Responsible for supervising projects ranging from $50K to $2M

Ensuring trades are complying with safety management systems and WHS legislations

Deliver projects to budget and ensure the best results are achieved for our clients

What you need

Minimum 5 years experience in both site management and carpentry

Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)

Certificate IV in Building and construction will be highly favorable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Current drivers license

Experience with Microsoft Project
